The Jersey Township trustee’s are having a special meeting on Monday April 9, 2022 at 7:00 for the acceptance of a referendum and to certify to the Licking County Board of Elections.    The hiring of a new Administrator will also be discussed pursuant to ORC 505.031 and 505.032.

The Jersey Township trustees are holding a special meeting on Thursday March 31, 2022 at 5:30.  This meeting is for the interview process of potential candidates for the new Administration position.    The meeting will be held in executive session pursuant to the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code Sections 505.031. and 505.032.

The Jersey Township Board of Zoning Appeals will have a public hearing on March 29th at 7:30 PM at the Jersey Township Meeting room located at 1481 Mink St.

The board will open with its yearly organization meeting and then hear Conditional case number 20-2022 submitted by Caren McCann for the property located at 14344 Johnstown Utica Rd 43038.  Applicant is requesting a conditional use for a home occupation for a scheduled appointment only photography business.

The Jersey Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday March 8th at 7PM  at the Jersey Baptist Church located  13260 Morse Rd, New Albany, OH 43054. The Trustees will discuss the following Resolution Book and Zoning Map Amendments that were submitted for adoption by the Jersey Township Trustees pursuant to Section 519.021(C):  The Amendments would add Section 14.04 Worthington Road Corridor Overlay District (WCOD) to the Jersey Township Resolution Book and would add the following overlay districts to the Zoning Map: Commercial – Professional Office (CPA) Commercial, Office and Mixed Use (CPO-MU) Innovation Employment (IE)
