The Jersey Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday February 8th at 6:30 pm at the Jersey Baptist Church located  13260 Morse Rd, New Albany, OH 43054.

The Zoning Commission will begin with its 2022 Organizational meeting then will discuss the items from the continued hearing in December for the following Resolution Book and Zoning Map Amendments that were submitted for adoption by the Jersey Township Trustees pursuant to Section 519.021(C):  The Amendments would add Section 14.04 Worthington Road Corridor Overlay District (WCOD) to the Jersey Township Resolution Book and would add the following overlay districts to the Zoning Map:

  • Commercial – Professional Office (CPA)
  • Commercial, Office and Mixed Use (CPO-MU)
  • Innovation Employment (IE)

The Zoning Commission will render their recommendation at the end of the meeting or within 30 days to the Township Trustees.
