The Jersey Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. The meeting will be held at the Township Hall located at 1481 Mink Street in Pataskala and will begin at 7:30 pm.
The Board will consider Application for Variance #VA-17-2023(VIEW HERE) submitted for the Coughlin Ford property located at 9800 Worthington Road in Pataskala.
The Application requests an expansion of their facility. The proposed expansion satisfies all zoning requirements for the GB1 property except for the structure square footage. The limit is 40,000 square feet and the proposed expansion is for 44,488 square feet which will require a variance be granted.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will render their decision at the end of the hearing or within 30 days.
